Personal information is shared with our network of clinics and health centers to provide you with a health service solution. Your personally identifiable information will be used only as necessary to provide the services that you request, or as otherwise required by law.
We are not medical professionals and will not evaluate the medical information that you provide to us and will not advise you based on the information that you submit us. For further information regarding the nature and terms and conditions of our service, click here Terms of Use.

We treat information collected by cookies and other technologies as non‑personal information. However, to the extent that Internet Protocol (IP) addresses or similar identifiers are considered personal information by law, we also treat these identifiers as personal information. Similarly, to the extent that non-personal information is combined with personal information, we treat the combined information as personal information for the purposes of this Privacy Policy.
